Aaron is about as quick as ever. With the VIAS block off it got here quick. This time with the Phonelic Spacers it was faster than ever before!

As for the product and instructions, top notch. Well worth the premium of buying new. Hardware is packaged well and CLEARLY labeled. Instructions are also written well and include all the torque specs needed. They even include relearning procedures for all the "what if" scenarios.

Last fall, after installing Phenolic Spacers, I had my local dealership do a BG upper-engine cleaning service. In doing so, they whacked my throttle body. But before owning up to that fact, they were casting dispersions on the coolant bypass in place because of the spacers. I don't know why... they were fishing for non-stock excuses, I suppose.

Anyway, they called Aaron directly one afternoon, and he very helpfully and patiently discussed the situation with them over the phone, even delving into a work-around TB relearn procedure they weren't aware of.

In the end, they replaced my TB for me. My point in writing this is to publicly thank Aaron for his willingness to help out on an unrelated diagnosis. It demonstrates an honest business sense, and simple kindness, that's is rare these days.

Yes, NWP Engineering is still in business. Which product are you interested in?

NWP! Forever!

I have been advertising for you guys this past year or more, with your decals on my front windshield. I believe I deserve a free congratulatory aftermarket part

And umm... you can't see it in my signature because I took this picture before I sent you the email for a sticker about a year or more ago so

May I ask why you aren't interested in the entire Thermal Intake Spacer Kit? The TB Spacer by itself will not provide a noticeable horsepower increase. The only reason we included it in the kit is to help further insulate the heat from transferring to the TB and intake tubing.

Thank you. Let me know if you need any more stickers or anything. We now have them in Silver, Red, and White.

Just got my spacers from NWP today! I am really pleased with the workmanship and shipping speed. Plus I emailed him a few times and he was more than willing to answer my questions. I bought a BOP used from someone here on the .org and he sent me the caps for free along with my spacers order. It's a small detail but it says alot on he runs the business. Thanks again!
