Anyone had Experience with Gunn Nissan in San Anton TX?
I am just wondering if anyone has done any service work at Gunn Nissan in San Antonio Texas?
I gotta say I had one of the shadiest practices almost pulled on me today...
nevertheless they got my 85 dollars for a wrong diagnoses, but I am going to fight till I get that back.
Just wondering if anyone had any experiences bad or good.
Thanks

I have no personal experience, but a guy I work with is really down on the place. He's a diehard Nissan owner and he told me he has seen a significant decline in Gunn's service dept.
ancira seems to have the best customer service. they have always been quite nice and have even called to update us on the status of the car when it was being worked on without us even requesting it. of course, the prices are pretty high, but that's the stealership for you!

Its been a while, but I've not had real good service from World Car either...neither parts, nor service. Had some A/C work done and the mechanic pried on a wire bundle so hard that he broke a wire inside of it...he got grease on my interior door panels, left half of the fasteners out, left covers off, put a crease in my oil filter by prying, etc, etc. It was by far the worst quality service I've received anywhere. The best mechanic they had there left and went to work for Universal Toyota. My Frontier is still under warranty...hopefully I won't need to bring it in for anything.
Gunn Infiniti has done well the couple times I went there, but they are far from me and their prices are high...but then again, they handed me a new G-35 to drive while mine was in the shop and they detail your car for you as part of the price.
Unless your car is under warranty, it might be a good idea to look for a trustworthy independent repair facility...there's a couple good one's in Schertz that do a tremendous business. One of the shops uses only OEM parts and he offers the same warranty as Nissan...
