I been getting a P0420 error so today I called Cattman to get some headers. So i thought why not take it to the dealer and see if you will replace it. I didn't take any of my mods off and the service rep just told me OK we will replace it for free and you don't have to pay any thing... Ever since I bought the car I haven't taken it once to the dealer of fear that they will rip me off.. I was very pleased with their service. Bill was $1255.40 and didn't pay nothing. heheheheh Now I have some headers on there way and going to sell the precat... oh yeah!!!! Thank you dealership

The guy was very nice and offered me a shuttle to where I lived 70 miles round trip. I also saw in his little office he had alot of awards for customer service and stuff like that...

 

Hey wish I had a good Dealer in IL!! I worked at a VW dealer for a while as a Service Advisor and it's a hard thing to do is find a dealer you can work with! I had 2 buttons on my dash bubble and they wouldn't fix because they claimed I sprayed something on them. BS! be happy you have a good dealer!!!
