Have you ever washed and waxed your car and the day after it rains? Of course, everyone goes though that! but what i mean to say is, is there anything we (car owners) can do to prevent these water spots?

 

Has it dried in the sun ?

You could try a quick detailer like Meguiars Final Inspection. That might work for you ?

I think on occasion I have hosed down my car when the rain stops and the sun comes out, and it helped reduce the water spots because water spotting after a rain is just the dirty, dusty water that's dried up. This only helps if you have softer water of course....

 

just keep a good wax job on it,and hand wash it every week or so,so the waterspots won't come into direct contact with the finish. I hate rain too but this works for me.

Keep it waxed and you won't get water spots nearly as bad.

 

Wax(for the paint), and lots of Rain X(for the windows)

 

I washed my car 2x a week and waxed it 2x a month. Cleanliness is next to Godliness! Remember that.
