Zymol Car Care
I wash my car by hand each and everytime no matter how hot or cold it is out. I use this complete kit from ZYMOL. It's expensive but it works incredibly great and its very easy. I love the way this stuff works!!!!!!!

After looking at those TW Car Wash Wipes I'm willing to bet that they're simply disposable wipes soaked in detailing spray. If you read the usage directions and precautions about traction surfaces you'll see why. I thought such a product might be a good idea a while back, but after thinking about it longer I thought "why bother?".
I'm sure they work and probably work fine, but they seem kind of expensive and I am not really comfortable trying to quick detail off "significant" amounts of dirt like that. These days if it's over a certain level of dirtiness I stop the dusting/QDing all together and just wash it or wait for a wash.
