second, my brother drive me car andleft thewindows down over night. it was pouring that night and i came out to my car in the morning soaked. it smells kinda musty, and how to i got baout cleaning all the water up and that nasty smell during the hot summer days?

Depending on how lazy or active you are...you need both carpets/upholstry (sp?) deep cleaned, shampoo'd and steam cleaned. Thats the only way the smell of gas and water residue (mold shiat) will come out.
I am afraid that Bijan's correct. You are going to have to shampoo the carpet/interior in oth cases.
The gas stain is not as bad. You can do the affected spot with a carpet shampoo and then follow that up with a steam extractor.
But the second case is definitely going to require a thorough shampooing of the seats and carpet (if you have cloth seats).
