in my continued search to find the best air freshener for the max, i think i stumbled upon it. Wonder Wafers! went to a local car wash and included was an air freshener. i picked "leather". smells just like new leather. just pop one of these lil babies under you drivers seat and youre done. i found they last about a month, but they are cheap. i get em at that car wash for a buck a pop. just wanted to share.

which car wash do you get them at? my dad lives in arizona and goes to a carwash called full circle, and that place is awesome! they have a ton of stuff that i can never find anywhere but online, like lexol and they had some MT-90 tranny fluid there as well....

 

i dont know the name of the place, its some local joint. sierra vista wash or something, lol.

where in az does he live? sorry to hear it either way, im done with this state, time for new york! thats the good thing about this job, i get to move every 2 years, which about the time i get sick of places. lol

i use a spray in a can "air doctor" not available in stores.. rather your local detail supply shop ...

10.50 a can, STRONG STUFF, lasts a while too !!!

many different scents.. I got new car, orange/citrus, and a tropical breeze !!!

 

The best scent is from autoexpressions called tropical berry. Smells like a bubble gum.

 

Yankee Candle car fresheners, leather scented > all.

I like california car scents, shasta strawberry!

 

If you prefer no smell at all, try Ozium. Use it a lot around the house to get rid of nasty smells, especially in the bathroom. Kinda like frebreze, but it removes odor and leaves no scent.

But I will add that my favorite air freshener is the blue "Christmas tree" new car scent. I know its not original.

 

I've used the Wurth air freshener and it's pretty decent. I also got the Meguiar's air freshener which is nice as well. However, you might if I tell you what air freshener I used to buy for the '02. I used to buy the stuff from a local car wash for $3.50 a bottle and would only buy the baby powder scent. I used to buy jasmine or strawberry.
