soak it with simple grean like he said, and suck it out with a wet/dry shop vac. (or try some other degreaser type product)
Might have to repeat a few times

Forget Simple Green for grease or oil in fabric -- works well for degreasing your rims or engine though. I have used Blue Magic carpet cleaner for years and it removes even old, set in stains from the interior carpet, floor mats and even my trunk carpet which was horribly stained. Just spray it on and let it soak, then use a carpet brush or stiff bristle brush to work it in. Then, follow up with a light spray and use a white towel to blot it well.

If you really want to get your mats clean, take your car to coin operated car wash bay and use the mat holders to get them off the ground. Spray the cleaner and let it sit a few minutes, then use the carpet brush. Finish off by using the spray soap wand and pressure washing the mats. Don;t get the nozzle tip too close or you'll have a nice bare spot!!

Good luck!!

buy the "real" oxy-clean and use it. sometimes it takes more than one application, but it does work pretty well. then follow the advice of tfvesquire above about taking the mats to the car wash.
