baked in bird poo

i've had this bird poo splotch for a couple months now. it's baked into the clearcoat. I tried rubbing compound and claying, but no luck. would wetsanding do the trick?

That stuff is tough. I had some on for just a few hours yesterday and had to work hard to remove the etching. If it's been there for a couple months, wet sanding may be your only option.

I used SSR 2.5 three or four times and it finally started to disappear. Then some Menzerna FP to get rid of the haze and bring back the shine.

Good luck.
