Prepping Polyurethane

Does anyone have any steps to prepping Polyurethane??? If so let me know

like the poly parts from stillen?

get soft scrub and some 3M maroon colored pad. scrub everything down. rinse off. wipe down w/ solvent and tack.

yeah I wanna prep my Stillen lip and I just wanted to make sure that its dont the right way....

yeah i was at first gonna try to tackle this myself, but im going to take it to one of my boys shop that painted my homegirls lip, looks great....
