That's like a $1,500 detail job on a car that is probably worth around $7K.

That like practically a new car, well I thought it was just me doing what that guy was doing. Yes it probably a lot of time and expense to do that, I know it gotta be well over 1 grand for the supplies.

 

No...the supplies aside from the power polishers are relatively in expensive. The expensive part is the labor. It probably took that guy 200 hours to do all of that if not more. He spent over 4 hours just to clay bar the damn car! If he is charging by the hour you are talking more like $2k or even $3k! It is just absurd for that car...a Lamborghini on the other hand...

foodmanry coming in with his hot takes, per usual. That's a $400 - $500 detail job right there. Well worth it. Got a guy in RI that is as legit as they come and have no problem referring people to him whatsoever.

Not everyone gets or owns a Lamborghini, 1% of the population owns those cars.

 

OVERKILL!!!, VERY NICE.. But overkill IMO...Forget the dedication what about the time it took to do that amount of work.. I couldn't tell if that was a customers car or a personal car. If it's a customers car then time don't matter since he's getting paid to do the work.
Great work on that guys part....

 

Any idea what wax or sealant did he use to protect the paint? I just saw that it was Autoglym.
