Cleaning paint from carpet?
We spilled latex paint on the mat for the cargo area of our Murano. Has anyone out there successfully removed dried paint from carpet? How did you do it?

Steam would be your best bet for that.. Invest in a steam machine.. Do not use any solvents... it will pull the color out of the carpet..

Nmax5150, thanks for that. I wasn't going to use solvents for fear of melting the nylon that makes up the carpet. I hadn't thought of steam, though.
