Any DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid will work fine, no real need for something better in the clutch. If you're going to switch over to something else, I would go with ATE SuperBlue for both systems.

Does anyone know how to bleed the clutch system? I am not inclined to purchase the $200+ service manuals. Are the Chilton's any good with regards to this? Thanks in advance.

There are two ports to bleed the hydraulic system for the clutch. One is located on the slave cylinder itself and the other is located right by the driver's side strut tower. If you can bleed brakes, you can figure it out from there.
