Switching to DOT 4 Brake Fluid

I'm planning to do a one-man brake flush with a vacuum bleeder. I currently have DOT 3 fluid in the system and want to upgrade to DOT 4. I know you're not supposed to mix DOT 3 and DOT 4. Or, is this a moot point since the entire system is being replenished with new fluid anyway?

In summary, I plan to start vacuuming on the right rear bleeder valve. Keep filling up the master cylinder with new fluid until clean fluid is expelled from the vacuum tube. Then proceed on to the other three bleeder valves.

Is there anything different in the flushing procedure when changing to a different grade of brake fluid?
