VLSD VS Amsoil series 2000 and Redline Mt90

Hi guys, I have 2 questions for you...

1st - What type of lsd is in the 5th gen, (2002-2003 specifically), is it a viscous limited slip or is it mechanical ?

2nd - Will Amsoil series 2000 and Redline Mt90 synthetics work with The LSD in the 2002-2003 Se 6 spd ?

Thanks a lot !!

Both Amsoil and Redline should work in that application.

Oops, forgot. It's not viscous, it's the helical type. There was a good writeup on the different types in Grass Roots Motorsports if I recall correctly.
