hey all, my stick has been notchy lately and sometimes harder to get into gear. nothing horrible though
i just cant find out where to check my trani fluid level :\
my manual only has auto trans instructions, with a dipstick.

This should help you out:

Correct level is when the oil just starts to come out of the filling hole. To just check it, stick your finger in there to see where the level is. But since you have to jack you car up to do this anyway, might be a good idea to change you fluid since you are in there.

Good luck. Respond and become a Maxima Fanatic !
