Clutch Fluid Replacement

My clutch fluid is pretty dirty. It's like a dark brown, and since you're supposed to use brake fluid in there, I'm assuming it's supposed to be the color of brake fluid. So how do you swap it out? I saw a process on motorvate.com about how to bleed the system, but I need a howto for a fluid replacement and bleed. Also if somebody could explain in detail where the lower bleeder valve is, that would be great, because the pic on motorvate wasn't really that clear. Thanx
