I dont have a garage. Im just a 21 year old student living in a tiny house downtown near campus. However I am very proud of my tool collection:

I left it big so you guys can zoom in on all my personables
The top middle draw that isnt open holds my electrical stuff.
The very bottom draw thats not open or see-able holds the large stuff: hammer, hacksaw, multimeter, soldering gun, punches/chisels, caulk gun...
Anyways thats what I have. When I need to jack my car up I take it to my parents house. My dad is a mechanic so he has everything else
Oh ya and btw, in the mail I have coming an 80 piece tap and die set, and a 8 piece easy out set. So its always growing
Someday ill have a car lift like MrGone here ^^

Please kill the altezzas, they balance out the sexiness of the rims and the rest of the car, actually it's still kinda worse than before.
Moved into a way bigger and much much better place, kicks *** having an office and a bathroom now, no more taking a dump in the woods ftw! Plus it's located on a busy main rt. sorry for no veiw from the outside, forgot about that but will try to get one sometime. 2-bays and unlimited fenced in yard for storage FTW, Outdoor lift (low ceilings) kicks *** so much, I love it, both having a lift, and the fact that it's outdoors..... except obviously when it's.... COLD RAINING OR SNOWY of course. Arrrghh. But if given the choice, I'd have an outdoor lift AND an indoor one

Kill the Alteeza's???
lol
I worked my *** off after work yesterday and today. I cleaned, moved, cleaned, and moved some more. The only thing I didnt move was the floor! I organized everything the best I could. I just need to get around to sheet rocking it. I did throw up some banners and posters I had laying around to try and cover up the ugly insulation.

almost presentable:

it's a constant battle in this small area (more stuff on the opposite wall). had to learn to get rid of stuff that i normally would save. i thought i found a shop last year, but it didn't pan out. hopefully this year. i also outgrew this toolbox very quickly. time to make a serious purchase there.

Thanks! Well I built it in 05, so prices will be more now for metal and wood. But total it was $14,000, fully insulated, no floor. Floor was another $4500. Worth every penny. You cant build a traditional garage at this size for that money. Best part about mine, I am in the city, I have about 1.5 acre lot.

of course that was metal and insulated, but still...
Ks02max nice shop! Someday sir I will have one that nice again! But for now I'm stuck in a 2 car.
Anyways here's the tool collection for right now, I'll have to add more of the rest of the garage when I get time.

You all should feel lucky if you saw my garage ud laugh! Its 2 boxes ok , 1 is full of tools that ive collected thru the years and the other is all scattered parts like headlight bulbs and intake accessories!
So I finally cleaned up the garage in the new house (we've only been here 2 years!) and it's presentable now...
Here's the garage:
It's a basic 2-car garage, but as you can see it's pretty full. Cubbyhole on far left is for race car parts... fluids, brake parts, clutch, etc etc..
the two shelves to the left of the door are random Maxima parts and household hardware (plumbing, screws/nails, etc)
the shelf in the center is for electronics. old subs, speakers I'm building, head units, and so forth.
it's hard to see, but behind the fire extinguishers is a spare KA24DE that I'm going to build when the wife lets me spend money on it. high compression NA build, within SCCA's Super Touring rules. roughly 12:1 compression, 0.5" lift, blah blah.
Right side has a dead VE30DE engine out of the Maxima, powdercoating oven & equip, sandblaster, tool box, work bench, welder, drill press, and band saw.

Since I have too much crap in the garage to put a car in there, I have to work in the driveway:

In the shed on the right edge of the pic is my air compressor, hoses, and random garden tools:

The 1 yr plan is to enclose all of the concrete pad at the end of the house (where both 240s and the mower are parked). The roofline is along the line of the driveway, so I can simply extend the current profile another 35' and it will give me a 2 car garage (current work space) plus a 35'x35' pad that will then be covered and enclosed. I'll put 2-car wide garage doors on both ends so I can drive a trailer straight through and have either a 2-post lift or a chain hoist mounted in the ceiling to remove stuff from a trailer with ease.

In regards to the ceiling storage. Is it one that raises and lowers? Or is it fixed? What brand? How do you like it.

Ceiling storage is fixed, bought at lowes, to date they have worked great and can hold some weight! Just make sure you use a stud finder and attach each securing bolt to a beam.
