Removing safety belt panel

I want to lubricate the saftey belt mechanism. How do I get the panels off to do so? Thanks

look in the FSM. It will explain it better than any post could. RS-3 is for the front. Fairly simple really. Look in the stickies as for where to download the FSM btw
