need help with the painting tools

Hi!
Guys, I'm not sure how to adjust the 3ph motor to the air compressor. If it is possible.. What additional equipment do I need? I have only single phase in my workshop. if you know, please explain..
Thanks

Do you mean 3 horsepower? Not sure what 3 "ph" means - I assume you meant to type "hp".

What do you mean adjust it? If you're asking about "adjusting" your single stage compressor to a dual stage compressor, that's not possible
