Received! Your UPS tracking # is in your PM box
Thank you!
Quick note for everyone - though the carpeting is an extra $10 and is more work for me, it's my humble opinion that it makes my board look significantly better than a couple pieces of wood 'slapped together.'
Just my $0.02
Keep the orders coming!

Unfortunately, no. The full size spare nearly reaches the regular height of the trunk floor anyway, correct? If we add anything on top, you'll not only not have a DIP in your trunk, you'd have a lump!
You're welcome to take a couple measurements though, if the height does not reach the top. Maybe I can make a shallow box.
Let me know-

Glad you like it.
No, I never met up with him to determine how to get a full size tire compatible.
The 'shelf' as I like to call it is 2 6" pieces of 2x4 screwed to the trunk floor, then a 6" x 30" piece of MDF/plywood/whatever screwed to the 6" blocks.

Check the pics in the first post. The board mounts to the top of the spare tire, making it the correct height. That's the main premise behind the board- you retain access to the spare tire but can still get a solid trunk floor.

ok well i just installed my box and whatnot yesterday so give me a few days to work out how im gonna mod that area to acom your board.

I built an entire trunk floor about 2 years back out of MDF, ALMOST wall to wall. Then I have a vertical AMP rack in the far back, concealing the RSTB. Actually thinking about redoing the whole trunk custom soon..
This product is excellent for a basic super clean fix! I like how it keeps simple accessibility to the spare, as well!

Here's the proof:

Just need some free time to design the prototype. Shall keep you posted.
In the meantime, does anyone want one for a Maxima?
