yes 950. i dont think ull need much. u mite need to switch a sensor or 2 since my engine was running on a 95ecu. ull need ur ac comp. ill inc my accessories but the ps pump is leaking.

Edit: i'll probably need a clutch too...my maxi is at 126K on original clutch (it's not slipping yet though)
but the engine is different story, eats a quart of oil per 400 mi, and low compression in two cylinders...
