leatherseats.com install kit...
My leather seats are finally coming in the mail today...I got mine last even though I'm the one who ran the damn group deal. Anyways, I was reading up on the install and I was wondering, does the install kit from leatherseats.com have the hog ring "cutters" in it? Not the pliers for putting on the new rings, but the thing to cut off the old ones...Thanks

Re-did my passenger seat today. Looks much better. I started with that one so it wasn't as good as the last seat (blame experience).
The leather seems to be form fitting well now that a couple of days have passed.
I would go to home depot and pick up the biggest baddes small headed cutters they have to make your life easier. You don't want to bend the hog rings off because you could displace the metal rods which run through your seat foam.
I also noticed on my passenger seat that the velcro ribbing which runs through the seat had unglued. I re-applied some glue and it looks much better.
My advice would be to put the bottom of the front seats (where your butt goes) on with the chairs removed and the back portion with the seats immobilized or in. Seemed easier to install the seatback with the seats actually in the car.
My only caution, beware when cutting holes for the various parts of the seat (electronic controls, lumbar support, headrests). If you cut the holes after you affix the leather it is better. Don't try to cut the holes in advance because the holes may be off once you stretch the cover to fit. The only boo-boo I had was underneat the driver side power seat control because the hole shifted once the seatcover was affixed and stretched.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any problems. If you are in the northwest, I would even help you do the install.
Cheers
