B-BALL IS DANGEROUS FOR THE MAXIMA

6 Months after we got our Maxima, my brother and I were playing ball in our driveway. Now, the Maxima was in the garage and my brother goes the right for the jam. I block my brother big time (all ball...keep inmind he's 4 years older than I am and stuffing him doesn't happen too often...he jumps so damn high). Anyways, the ball goes the opposite direction and my brother can't take his eyes off in disbelief. Well, when he landed he stutter step and his hip made a big dent in the trunk lid. Price quotes were from $500-$1,200. I decided to just live with it. 3 months later, I take the car in to the dealership for a free oil change and they return the car to me with the trunk lid fixed.

As far as the windshield, I have two chips on mine, nothing huge. When you look into getting the windshield replaced, make sure it's OEM. Other cheap glass will shatter in an accident. I think the OEM is supposed to be tempered to some degree in order to hold together and shoot glass shards at you in an accident.
