Pirellis in 225/50-17?
Is this any old tire and size combo? Or an old OE tire or something? Or just flat wrong? I couldn't find the size on Pirelli's site.

Well, I had the P7000 Supersports, which are supposed to be better. I did not like these tires at all. There was little tread life and cornering stunk. Every turn that I would take in it sharply they would squeel, but Micah95GLE's Proxes NEVER did. Also, they highl lacked wet traction. I would be all over the road when it rained. I mean, if you want to pay that high of a price for a tire, try the Toyo Proxes T1-S. They are better than the Pirelli's, Nitto's, and Kumho's in my opinion. Also, for good testimonials on the Proxes, ask Micah95GLE and Bags533. Good luck in your search for the "best" tire. Mine was a long and exhaustful one....
