Was anyone on Mockingbird to Northbound I-35 yesterday...
...around 12:30, driving a Glacier Pearl 2k2 or 2k3 Max SE in Dallas?
You had your windows down and your sunroof open. You also had your seat back in the "ballin'" position, ala' Icy Hot Stuntaz.
You were also driving like a complete douche-bag. I watched you in heavy traffic on eastbound Mockingbird (between Love Field and I-35). Cutting people off, doing emergency 3 lane changes, and randomly going WOT to cut off some delivery truck.
You then got on I-35-which during a weekday is NEVER clear. You did the same things you were doing on Mockingbird, except now you were doing it at a faster speed.
The funny thing was, you wern't making any headway. I drove with the flow of traffic, making the occasional lane change, and you never got more than 100 yds. ahead of me. Did you see me? I was in the Majestic Blue 2k2 SE.
Maybe that's why you decided to drive like that. You know, "Hey, fellow Max owner, let's go racin'!" Or maybe it was something else.
Maybe you were trying to prove that you don't have a 1-inch pecker.
But you did do one smart thing. You didn't stop. 'Cause if you had, I would have gotten my tire iron out to beat some sense into you. Yes, one of us would have gone to jail, and the other to the hospital. Rest assured, I would have gotten out of jail before you would have gotten out of the hospital.
I was EMBARRASED to have the same kind of car that you did-I felt like sheepishly passing the other drivers and saying, "I don't know how he got it, really. Normally, we don't let ****-holes drive these cars. You know the type, they've seen Gone in 60 Seconds and The Fast and the Furious and this is the first car they've ever driven that has more than 150bhp. So, they gotta show that they have no idea on how to drive it."
I doubt you're on the .org. If you were, you'd realize that yeah, a lot of us race. Some of us on the track, some on the street, some both. But you'd be hard pressed to find a single member who would be that BLATANTLY STUPID to do the things you did in the conditions you did.
Do yourself and us a favor. Trade in your Max-to me you've demonstrated that you have no business driving it. Get a nice...Civic, or something. I know! How 'bout a Kia? But whatever you do, don't continue to embarass both yourself and other Max owners by driving like a Vin Diesel wannabe.
Okay, I'm done ranting now.
