Turning a tire to balance it..what does that mean?
I just got back from my tire shop..they rebalnced my front 2 tires. They said they had to "turn" one of the tires.
I thought nothing of it...until about 10 minutes later on the way home.
What does this mean?

See I heard about the shaving thing..did not know what it is called.
And I also heard from redmaxpa007 that it means turning the tire 180 degrees
I may just call the to see what they did.
My steering does not vibrate at 80 anymore

sorry to ask , just need clarification.. I torqued the wheel down a month ago when I rotated the tires...
that is when I got the shake in the steering wheel. I just thought 1 of my tires needed to be balanced
