Self made spring assembly isolators- very nice
This one thanks to Tom (njmaxseltd) for this one. As my car was dissassembled for the tranny job I went ahead and did this "mod". Took some spare gasket material, traced those lousy orange isolators that are paper thin, cut the material and replaced. I honestly say theres less road noise and more isolation with these. Maybe its just me cause I've been riding my sports bike with aftermarket exhauts for the past 2 weeks any car will seem quiet. Sorry, no pics but anybody who's taken apart the suspension knows of the paper thin orange plastic isolators that probably dont do squat.

I wanted to do this with my suspension upgrade, but couldn't find a source for the gasket material, and ended up going with the pricey, orange POS's
Where can I get that gasket junk? I might throw some in with aftermarket rear strut mounts one day.

Any automotive store should have them. I use this stuff for everything. Speaker gasketing, air intake gasketing, spring isolaters, rattle dampening....
