wheel bearing

Does anyone know how much a shop charges to replace a wheel bearing. I'm in the Bay Area (peninsula). I posted in the regional forums but have not gotten a reply.

any help is appreciated.

Expect around $100 + parts ($60), and you'll need an alignment afterwards.

not much fun, but if you have a hydraulic press you cna do it yourself for much cheaper. you'll still need an alignment though.

(FYI, you can buy a hydraulic press for the same cost fo the labor to replace it. )
