Congrats, awesome run!
what was your best run of the night. I remember your 15.1 which is pretty impressive for a pop charger and y pipe 4th gen auto.

Yeah, my runs were 15.12, 15.16, 15.17, 15.18 (not in that order). Highest trap was 91.something - need to get the slips out of my car.
I was pretty happy, I just wanted to break 16s! Now for the underdrive pulley and midpipe for my intake (I can smell 14s)...

i heard there was a SC's max in gboro?!? you know if that's true or not?!?

mike
I've been on the org for a while. I just don't post much, as far as the SC'ed Max in the 'boro, I've heard that rumor, but how many people around here would really know an SC'ed Max if they saw it. The Z shop in downtown Greensboro is about the only reputable place you can get an SC install and I know they haven't done a Maxima yet. I backed out because i'm an auto and didn't want to put in the extra work/money to make everything nice and safe. I am looking to replace my 98 with either another 4th gen or the 6th gen if its not a pig. I have almost 140K miles on my 98 and still drive it daily. I've been invited to some of the NC meets but I travel alot as part of my job and I always seem to have a conflict.

Hey congrats Matt. You bring respect to the automagics. We also had another record broken last night (dont want to pull my own chain or nothing ) VG auto ran 14.588.
I also want to throw out some props for Brian (BJJ) he talks alot of trash about me but he has helped me alot.

I think the weight reduction from removing those graphics helped out 3 tenths

I used to be the only one. NC was not even represented in the regional forums. It was added to the DC region as an afterthought.

I hate all you guys who knew he did that.

and.....................

13.992 @ 97.36

My first run of the night I though I broke at 1/2 track. I had to get pushed back from the 1/8 mile mark which was embarrising as hell. I though I lost my MAF but actually my midpipe came loose from the MAF adapter which was stalling the car . After that it was all hisory.
Mods are a frankencar intake and UDP. Ohhhh and I'm an auto too
Congrats!!!!

I think your car is a freak! With just an intake and UDP! I don't think there is any other auto 2k2 that is even close to pulling the times you're pulling. So there...freak!

Great times blu! Keep up the good work!

OT for a sec, but does anyone here know what times SprintMax is running? I figure he loves to bash autos, so I'm surprised he hasn't come to put his .02 in on this thread.

It was an awesome run, Brutha - no matter what anyone says!

You should have seen the reaction from some of the Camaro and Mustang fans.

Have you plugged your times into a 0-60 calculator?
