How much deflection in throttle cable?

If you adjust the throttle cable, should you adjust the cruise control as well?

Thanks fellas,

after i adjusted my throttle cable, i left the cable for cruise control untouched and have noticed no problems whatsoever for about a year now.

Nope. Leave the cruise cable as is. By the way, when you adjust the throttle cable, make sure it's not too taut, or it will wind up stretching and you may need to eventually replace it. I adjusted my throttle cable, but even when it was stock with some slack, I was still able to open the throttle body fully. I adjusted it anyway, because it enabled me to match the pedal actuation from brake to accelerator much better, keeping my footwork fancy
