i have two problems: one is electrical and one is break related i think-help me out

first, the electical one.
a few weeks ago i noticed that the bulb in the upper left corner of my passenger side headlight was out. i was pointing it out to a friend and i happened to tap my finger on the plastic lense and the light came back on. then i noticed a few days later it was out again. i actually forgot about the problem by accident and never looked into fixing it. but tonight i noticed that the light was out again but this time i also noticed that my passenger-side side marker was out. i tapped them both but neither came back on. i jiggled the wires from under the hood and still nothing came on. any ideas for me? these are the lights they dont work. everything else does:

2nd problem...
tonight also noticed that when i go around a curve to the right something from my passenger-side wheel area is whistling. it doesnt sound like a squeek really. the same exact noise also happens when i hit the breaks (both at high speeds and parking lot speeds) it is very subtle but you can definitely hear it with the windows down. just so you have a clue what it sounds like say the word "super" but only make the "s" sound and sort of make a high pitched whistle through your teeth. a friend of mine suggested it might be the break pads. he said sometimes break pads also squeel when going around turns.

As for the brake pad problem. I doubt it's those, unless you switched out your OEM pads for an aftermarket kind. Nissan pads don't burn out that fast in regular driving. I had a similar sounding issue with what I thought were my pads. I took a a look at my driver's side front pad and it was fine and when I took out my passenger side front pad, I had a leaf stuck in there. Problem solved.

I would take a look at your pads.
