Putting your wheel on and tightening the lugs will set it in place permanently.

Get a new stud, stick it in there, and put everything back together.

Like Ian said it's pretty easy.
Here's how I did it:
Remove the wheel, caliper, and pads.
Remove caliper bracket and rotor.
Hammer out the stud with a rubber mallet.
Put the new stud in.
Put a stack (4-5) of washers over the stud and tighten a lug nut to pull the stud into place.
Remove washers, reinstall parts, and put on the wheel.

Damn Damn Damn. I almost got it done till the last stud. It took me 1 hour to do the left side. Then I got it down and it took me 10 min for the right side then I was putting the last stud in place, then all of a sudden the damn bolt got stuck on the stud and i couldn't take it off. So i had to cut it off and now my car sitting helpless on a stand for another lonely night. Damn my moms thunderbird, girls look at me funny in that car.
