Having the right tools makes all the difference (as I'm sure you know)...

Note the hex helpers at the base of the metal shaft... That's why I bought them... You can use an open end wrench to remove stubborn screws... If that don't work I have the SCREW EXTRACTORS ready to go as well.

Strip one screw... waste 30min looking for a spare in my garage... give up... take 30 minutes to go to hardware store and get a new one... Hell, I'll just pay the $73!
