Just wanna give a little input.
I'm very sensitive to ride quality and I'm really concious if I do any suspension modding for any subtle changes.
All I can say is H&Rs are perfect for the area I live in. I have about a 50/50 combo of nice/harsh roads, the harsh roads being uneven road surfaces, cracks, bumps, think of just smudging liquid asphault all over a road and that's the kind of road quality I ride on sometimes. As for smooth roads, they're mostly the newly paved roads, etc.
I really question the ride quality on Sprints...I really wonder about the roads you guys ride on in the Midwest/East Coast. I can understand if you say the Sprints are bearable on smooth roads, etc...but how about highly congested areas such as places here in San Francisco where the roads are far from smooth? It really sucks sometimes, even with H&Rs.
I talked to one of my detailing customers last summer, and he had 18s and Sprints. He said he really liked the drop but the ride was a bit harsh. I think handling is not only lean/roll on turns; but the way a car can "glide" over road imperfections w/o transfering much vibration to the cabin and disrupting traction.
While I admit H&Rs are a little low in the back (I would like them higher since the rear end looks more aggressive when it's tilted a bit up) and a little high in the front, it's a great compromise for handling and ride quality.
I plan to save up money for the Tokico Illuminas dispite some of the bad Tokico blue experiences. If they valve and dampen better than AGXs, then I'm that much closer to achieving a really good ride and nice, nimble handling.

Sprints made me hate driving !!!
I'm not flaming, but after having sprints on my Max for 7 months I'm switching to H&R's. The drop was nice , but too low for Maxima suspension capabilities. When I bought my car with 88K miles on it I was shocked by how quited the cabin was , not a single ratlle.
Sprints made the dashboard , pillars and any other possible plastic inside the cabin rattle and squeak.
The ride after the initial install was tight and firm and lasted for about 3-4 months, after that i have noticed the springs started to sag, coils got compressed , cutting the alredy reduced suspension travel beyond acceptable ride quality.
I started to hate driving, instead concentrating on the road and drivers around me , i was only concerned how to maneuver the car around bumps .
At this moment, I have to get rid off sprints, I can not tolerate the ride quality anymore, keeping in mind that I'm riding on KYB AGX's with stock 16" wheells.
For all you guys out there with sprints and 18" wheels , I think you are just fooling yourselfs saying that ride is torelable, it's not.
