Finally got it to the DYNO today

Well today was a okay day except on the most important days of all the VI decides to trip , anyways the guy was very cool about it and he drove the car and I manually opened the VI @5K. The numbers are as follows 321.6HP and 260Lbs of torque. here is a link to the Dyno graph

V2 3.25 pulley, stock injectors, stock ECU, Walbro fuel pump, 8:1 FMU disk, CAI, Cattman SS Ypipe, Greddy exhaust and warpspeed test pipe. I am running lean @6100RPMs since boost is building up very fast to 10PSI and power keeps on going. No matter what he did to the Apexi SAFC it would not richen. No big deal I can shift @6200, 6300RPMS.

Nice numbers. Imagine if you could raise the rev limiter. Maybe you should try out the field a/f controller. It worked great for me.

Re: Finally got it to the DYNO today

Great numbers! You've got the same setup as me except for one more psi (I've got a V1).

Any explanation on why the SAFC wasn't able to richen the afr at 6100? Maxing out the injectors, maybe?

Wow Jaime! I guess the VI is really worth it then!

P.S.-I'll be getting the 5-speed pretty soon, I've already gotten a few calls about my 99...

thats all the fuel the injector can deliver.

JDMmax, I have always hit 10PSI. I hit 10 even before getting to 6100RPMS. Now with the VI boost kicks in much faster dunno why but it does.

Update good news my little 14 year old brother just fixed my VI with a $1.00 tool

Awesome Jamie! Congtats!

The reasonthe AFC could not richen it up is because the injectors are att 100% duty cycle. Neither a fields or AFC will fix this. Hello and welcome to the "I need larger fuel injectors club"! You could try the 10:1, but I dont recomend it. Danger is not my middle name.

VI/VIAS = no torque

Add bottle = torque

I was comparing DYNO charts from the previous manifold, and you are correct no torque sucks, but it pulls continuously but not as hard.

Time to take it to the track again Jaime! I smell mid 13s! Low 13s if you use slicks!

Btw, when did you get the MEVI? I didn't even know you got it until now.

I forgot to post that I also have the free flowing exhaust and the CAI, Catman SS Ypipe, Greddy exhaust and the warpspeed test pipe, Free flowing is good and also I was running way too rich between 2500-5500RPMS so what everyone says about DYNO tunning it is true.

Just wanted to say Thank you Baggs for getting my VI running I could not have done it without you and my little brother
