I just replaced my rear brake pads on my 1999 SE-Limited with 62,000 miles about two months ago. I installed Raybestos Quiet Stop pads and I did not turn the rotors because they were in perfect shape. This was at 60k miles. 2k later I noticed that both of my rear rotors and now scrored. The brakes have never squeeled and I don't hear any grinding when I brake. I jacked up the back of the car to check to make sure that the wheels turned freely. They do turn freely with just a slight amount of brake drag which is normal. My question is, has anyone on the board here heard of a problem like this? I called two Midas shops and I called Pepboys who sold me the pads and they were no help whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
