I only did about 300 miles and i beat the f*ck outa my after, its bean about 4k and im still doin ok.

 

I still havent ripped it through the 1-2 shift yet. I have an issue that scares me.

First off, some good news. The car pulls harder, a lot smoother, and more tight when flooring it in gear. Before it felt loose, weak, and jerky. BUT, first gear worries me. Before the ACT, when I would occassionally floor it in first at low speeds (10ishmph, already ingaged in gear) it would either take off hard without lag like it's supposed to, or it would lag for a second then take off with less of a bang. Very blunted. Well, today I did the same thing. Was creeping when the light turned green and just floored it around 10mph. Well it didn't grab instantly, it lagged similer to before. What the hell is causing this? Everything else seems to be working perfect. Throttle burble when letting on/off the gas has decreased 97%, and shifts are crisp and smooth. But this first gear thing is really getting to me. It's like playing Russian Rulette, I either clamp down and take off, or lag.

 

I do notice that this problem never occurs when I reach ~3000+rpm. It can't be something with torque, could it? Becuase it was, then the car would NEVER take off with a bang. Besides, at 10mph, im around 2400rpm anyways.

 

What stage ACT CLUTCH ? I was planning on buying stage 2 ...let me know...

 

just get the street disc...unless you're making 500+whp and want to blow up your tranny
