I have an Autometer (#3309) short sweep sport comp 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge. Ive had it since May. Yesterday the gauge showed I had 25psi... I checked it with a mechanical gauge and the pressure was actually ok. I checked all conections and they were good.

I called Autometer techsupport and explained to the tech what the problem was and that I thought the sender was bad b/c it showed 0.0ohms with no pressure. He aggreed with me and then before I could ask he said "no problem well send you out a new sender today, whats you address...".

Awesome customer service!!!

Perhaps $teelin should do a cross training program with them!

We all here about bad things so I thought I would share my GOOD experience with everyone

I have that gauge problem too.

I have the short sweep ultra light FP gauge. It's been bad for about a month now. I have a feeling it's the sender too. Anyway, I ordered another one from Summit racing and plan on returning the bad one. I don't have a multimeter so I can't figure out if it's the gauge of the sender. My gauge would jump around. Sometime it's normal, sometime it reads 20psi at idle. It was perfect for a month.

did not. i said autometer classifies phantom and sport comp as "competition" gauges. and ultra-lite, pro comp, silver sport comp, etc are "racing" gauges - according to autometer.
