I have the Nissan info book for the 00 and it says that when you turn the car off it generates a new code and that only your key can start the car. What if they pull out the ignition, then what? I have two car keys if I lose one and don't have the FOB am I screwed or can I reset somehow? Does this make the cars theft proof. What does it do?
