Ok I have it all hooked up and everything... I dont know how to tune it, I have played with it till my car barely runs right. how do I reset the presets? Are their basic tunings that I can do till I get to a DYNO?

I did find more info from the apexi site, I just need to know how to tune.

 

You need to go to a dyno with a wideband A/F guage to be able to tune it correctly, you can't do it right otherwise...

You can goto a long strip with a a/f and just run your car till like 140mph and street tune it.. It'll be a few hp off though.

he's not joking. I've heard of a few people "highway tuning" AFCs, not sure of the particulars but some people get it to work that way my friend did with his Eclipse...I495 at 4am = a ghetto dyno!!!

 

but how would you know if you are running rich enough when our A/F mixture guages shut down at 4k rpms?
