Noisy front end question

about 2 weeks ago started hearing a weird thumping noise coming from the front end, got new tires rotated wheels but still there?!?! sounds kinda like severely under inflated tire or even a flat but thats not the case, the sound speeds up as i speed up and vice versa, anyone who hears it thinks its the tires but they dont know i changed them and rotated the wheels, im thinking something is bent with the axle or something i dunno. if i have to change the struts/shocks what is recommended thinking about lowering an inch or so and know nothing at all about aftermarket suspension??? any suggestions/comments? thanks

Check your CV joints, brakes, brake splash shield, engine splash shield and wheel bearings.

If the sound speeds up as you speed up, and slows down when you slow down it's not suspension related.
