Any '97 w/UPRD ecu yet?
Hi, has anyone not affiliated with UPRD put a '96 upgraded ecu in their '97? If so, has it caused any problems? Before I shell out $ I want to make sure I don't screw up my car. Cheston (the group buy guy) said I may need to get a '96 rear o2 sensor also. When I was looking for a '96 ecu, I was told that there were 2 different ecu's used that year. Does it matter which one I use?

All O2 sensors the same?
Does anybody know if all (3) O2 sensors interchangable?
I'm a bit concerned about the deal too. First we no longer have UPRD's involvement. Then no more credit card recourse if things go south. Now the problem with the MIL light on a '97 using the 96 ECU. (02 sensor)
I don't think the exact ECU pre 10/95 or after 10/95 really matters. I just received mine (a post 10/95). I'm gonna try swapping it this weekend before I send in to UPRD to see what I'm in for.
Courtesy looks like $65-$70 for a '96 O2 sensor. I'm thinking replacing the rear one with the '96 and using that one as a spare with a front goes out (again)
