this isnt really maxima related so to say, but i have a question. my bros friend claims his chevy silverado has 320 hp AT THE WHEELS. is he talkin smack or is this even accomplishable with a chevy? he said he has a turbocharger on there and a lot of other stuff, but 320 at the wheels sounds a like a bit of a stretch. what do you guys think? thanx

nevermind, if he has a turbo then that is not hard to believe at all. Whether it really does have a turbo, don't think so...

 

i think its like a 97. but its LOUD AS F***. and he has the big hood vents. i just dont think its that fast. what would 320 hp at the wheels be in just engine hp? (not at the wheels)

 

uhm.. a turbocharged v8.. hell even a built 4 banger could put 320 to the wheels, its really not that hard to believe. At the crank, that'd be around 370-380hp probably.

 

you dont see too many turbo charged trucks. most are supercharged.
