I was looking at my car yesterday under the hood and noticed that the intake manifold is extremely porous with alot of holes on the outside of it. I can only imagine that the underside looks the same way and inhibits the flow of air. No wonder the 2000s use plastic ones that are smooth as *****. I am wondering if I can get a hold of the 2000 intake manifold if maybe I can use it, and hopefully take advantage of the double stage action. Or, maybe it be more feasible for me to get the intake manifold machined. What about the exhaust manifolds? Perhaps they can also be machined to flow better.
