WOW!!!!!!!! amazing. i paid like $25 (radio shack)for the few LEDs to do all my window switches, i was happy w/ that till i just saw your car. I want to do it all except w/ the switches i didnt need any resistors. Did you have to do anything special to get them to dim? Do you plan on posting a write up???

Anytime I was replacing a stock green LED with a blue LED, I didn't use a resistor because there already were resistors on the board (all window switches and part of climate control). Everywhere that I replaced an incandescent bulb needed a resistor.

For the door and cupholder accents I tapped the shifter light which works off the dimmer. Everything else already worked off the dimmer so there was nothing I had to do.

I'm not sure, I think 330ohm. They came with the LEDs so I couldn't tell you for sure.

Plus he can always use the dimmer switch for the dash and interior display.

It looks sweet, what can I say, I envy your interior.

It doesn't get much sweeter than that. Much Props....I think "rolling diamond" is definately a fitting term for a ride of this caliber. I think when you get to this level of customization in a ride, the car becomes something other than what it was. You no longer have a maxima. Thats an "Araffio" right there!

Looks great Tony!!! Do you know the name of the seller you bought them from?...I can't seem to find the leds with the resistors already attached.

Can't wait to finish my interior!

I dont think you will get them attached.... You would probably have to solder them to the positive side of the leds. Tony, how did u mount them? Where did u get the mouting clips? I like the door handle idea!!

I bought the door handle and cup holder LEDs which came with resistors and 6" wire leads already on them, as well as mounting clips from http://www.dav-electronics.com/

I also bought 50 LEDs from ebay for $10 which came with resistors (they have to be soldered to the positive lead of the LED, which is the longer lead). I used these for all the controls and switches...

With the mounting clips you drill a 1/4" hole, press in the mounting clip from the front and then push the LED in from behind til it snaps into place.
