Where to get decent wood trim?

All:

My wood trim has blistered and peeled TWICE. The first time, it was covered under warranty, and this time it's not.

I was thinking about Joshua Tree, but their styles of wood don't really appeal to me. Possibly aluminum would work, but I'd really like to get some of that Birdseye that you see on Benz's, and Infiniti's.

Thanks!

B

my 96 SE optional wood trim (which i think looks better than the standard GLE) is starting to peal in some parts... and the peice on the dash has completley peeled off. Well, i'm talkin about the material that's on top of the wood sticker. It completely melted off or something. I need to get rpelacements... i'm goin brushed aluminum soon.

If you have a real wood dash overlay, you almost have to park inside all the time to keep it from peeling. Joshua Tree is the best quality I've heard about. Stay away from Ebay deals unless you know of one personally that is good quality.

Go with Joshua Tree. I did and love my 9 piece molded burlwood kit.

I'm thinking of selling my wood trim if anybody is interested. I have real OEM nissan wood trim on my car. It came stock on my GLE and it is not a sticker. It won't peel off or anything. It's the complete assembly. I need to get my new dash kit in first before I sell my old one, but it's in perfect condition. If anybody is interested let me know.

www.bitrim.com

www.aaaexoticwood.com

I've sold and seen both company's products. They produce excellent trimkits and use polyurethane clearcoat instead of the epoxy crap.
