has anybody else seen the gray leather on a 4th gen? when i got into the car when i was test driving it i was really surprised..

Thank you, I try and keep it balanced And which I30's have body kits besides that one white one? Eventually I will get the VI/ECU combo, but I'm still in debt from the rebuilt tranny I'm not exactly sure what the wheels weigh, but I weighed them and tires, and it was around 42 pounds. Not too bad for 18's, but I think I'm gonna get some lightweight 17's soon.....just gotta sell my rims.

Not that anyone has the body kits, but that is all I30 owners ever seem to talk about.

42lbs for an 18" wheel/tire combo is really light

ahh yes....finally another person to share the pain of (dont tell anybody) a purple car.....

what do you think the best/worst lighting is for our paint? i think in bright daylight it looks real nice and silver. however, in dark/overcast days i really start to think about a dark silver paintjob....

btw, i saw pics of your car a while ago, and thought it was real nice. i really like the VI/ECU combo man. our cars are actually pretty similar. we should have a photoshoot or something...what with 2 purple 5 speed I30's with 1 piece headlights......and i think i can see gray leather in there too. do you know why we dont have black leather?

one more thing, what color do people usually think your car is? and what did you first think when you saw it?

I have about as much of a bare stock I30 as you could get, its actually cloth seats that you see in there. Since I have a black dash I'm guessing that my car could have possibly came with black leather. I was planning on getting it put in, but I'm just not sure if it'd be worth the money right now.

Most people really do think the car is silver, and I think it is, but it just has a hint of purple in it. My friends call it the 'purple peacemaker'

I also have a black dash, yet I have gray leather. I don't get it. Do you have VLSD or sunroof?

Your friends are obviously more clever than mine.......I thought it was silver too until one of my friends though it was purple.....i havent gotten over it since hahahahahahahah

BTW, I was sorta planning on selling my stock leather, which is in PERFECT condition a while ago, but then I ran into some money problems since my tranny died. If you have any intrest, shoot me a PM.

Midknight- The gunmetal dash can be purchased from a guy on the org whos handle is Shadow, I believe. He works with a company, but I forget which one. Search and yee shall see.
