Cracked Rim, Can I still drive on it?

Hey guys,
I cracked one of the 7 spokes on my Konig Tantrum Rims on my car. The crack is right in the middle of one of the spokes and is cracked all the way around. Can I still drive on it or no? Im looking into getting a new rim but dont have the money right now...What should I do?

Thanks for the help guys,

-Nick

NO. do NOT drive on it. either take it to a wheel repair shop and have them fix it (if possible), or replace it. it is not safe to drive on.

grab your phonebook and start calling around to the tire shops and see what they say about wheel repair. there's usually only a few places that will deal with stuff like that, and often they'll tell you to just replace it. I suggest the same if you can still find the wheels new. repairing it will often cost more than replacing it.

Those are 4x114.3 off an Accord. Otherwise thanks for the lookout. Anybody else have any ideas?

I had a crack(~ 2 inches) in one of my rims (different set then i have now), and i took it to a muffler shop that my tire guy refurred me to. they welded it back together and i rode on it for probly 6 months witout a problem before i traded for the wheels i have now.

If they can fix it....i would definitly do it...cost me $50 bucks which is alot better that $200 for a new rim and i NEVER had a problem out of it again.
