Well me and my friend put one part of the CAI in the first small section of the tubing to replace the ugly plastic part but we figure out that my K&N cone filter that was on before won't fit on end of CAI piping its way to wide, is there some sort of adapter i can buy? or do i need a different filter?

hmmm...i would say see if you can get the right filter...if the one you have is already too wide it may not fit properly in the wheel well...i know on mine it's a tight squeeze and the filter is skinner than a normal cone filter....
